How to assign a concise and effective Crisis Response Team? How to ensure Situational Awareness among the team members? What are their first priorities and action?
How to address the interests and requirements of relevant stakeholders in a crisis. Define a risk appetite by answering 3 simple questions. Make effective use of the FUDIL-method and change a Dynamic Crisis into a Static on with only one or two effective interventions.
